Our contribution
Starting with our office game, where both business and IT experienced the importance of a process, process thinking was stimulated within the organization. We explained the concepts of enterprise architecture, identified end-to-end processes and capabilities. We began at the high level and then worked on them in detail during workshops.
To enable Decospan to independently perform these types of exercises, we organised training sessions on BPMN and Sparx Enterprise Architect. Evolynx coaches the business analysts so that they can gradually take on the sessions and processing.
Before the realisation of the new application landscape, some opportunities identified during the process analysis are already being worked on. Evolynx supports Decospan in the analysis and implementation of these optimisations in the short term.
Evolynx advises on the requirements for the new ERP software and on selecting both the software and the partner.
