What are the principles of business process management? To answers these questions, we offer an in-house training, tailored to your oganisation’s needs. During the program, you immediately apply the theoretical background to your own organisation. As a result of the training, your process owners share the same vision, skills and methodology.
- Training modeling business processes in BPMN
A picture is worth a thousand words. We teach you to visually represent processes using simple symbols and concepts. This is done in easily readable diagrams, according to the international BPMN standard. The training is practical, to the point and interactive.
- Training Sparx Enterprise Architect
Maximize the benefits of your modeling exercise with this tool. We teach you how to model your processes, applications and data objects and how to establish relationships between these different worlds. This way, you don’t create process drawings but a model, enabling you to perform impact analysis. For example, you can easily deduce from the model which processes and roles will be impacted when you want to replace an application.
