This business simulation is an experiential training where participants process customer orders within a fictional company. Each participant is assigned a role, such as sales, warehouse, or customer. They receive work instructions for their role (ust as they would in real life from a predecessor or colleagues within the company.)
During the game, typical inefficiencies in an office environment are highlighted. The office game serves as the perfect introduction to transitioning toward a process-oriented organization.
