Business analyst
Are you an analytical all-rounder with an IT background? Have you already guided digital projects, such as an ERP implementation, for example? Then you might soon be in our team!
Your role
As a Business Analyst, you help our clients achieve their objectives:
- you analyze processes and formulate improvements;
- you build a realistic roadmap together with stakeholders;
- you guide digital transformations and organizational changes;
- you organize workshops and motivate teams during the transition;
- you promote collaboration between business and IT.
In addition, you share your expertise with colleagues and help build a strong internal knowledge center.
Your profile
- Relevant degree in business or IT.
- Experience in consultancy is a plus.
- Preferably expertise in guiding digital projects, e.g. ERP implementation.
- Able to present difficult matters simply.
- Strong in process analysis, workshops and presentations.
- Communicative, motivating and empathetic.
- You are able to quickly process a lot of new information.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Knowledge of BPMN or Sparx Enterprise Architect is an asset.
- You have a category B driving license.
