Business Analyst
Help organisations move forward with strong business analysis
As a Business Analyst at Evolynx, you guide clients through process improvement, digital transformation and organisational change.
You bring structure to complex challenges, connect business and IT, and help stakeholders move from analysis to a feasible roadmap and tangible change.
Your role
As a Business Analyst, you help our clients achieve their objectives.
- You analyse processes and formulate improvements.
- You build a realistic roadmap together with stakeholders.
- You guide digital transformations and organisational changes.
- You organise workshops and motivate teams throughout the transition.
- You promote collaboration between business and IT.
You also share your expertise with colleagues and help build a strong internal knowledge centre.
Both business and IT
You translate complex business questions into clear processes, requirements and choices that are understandable and workable for both business and IT.
Your profile
- You have a relevant degree in business or IT.
- Three to five years of experience is a plus.
- You preferably have experience guiding digital projects, such as an ERP implementation.
- You can present complex matters in a simple way.
- You're strong in process analysis, workshops and presentations.
- You're communicative, motivating and empathetic.
- You quickly process large amounts of new information.
- You're fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Knowledge of BPMN or Sparx Enterprise Architect is an asset.
- You hold a category B driving licence.
