Junior Business Analyst

Your role
As a Junior Business Analyst, you work closely with our senior consultants to gain insight into the business processes of clients and help them achieve their objectives:
- you analyze and document processes and formulate improvements;
- you work with the client to understand their needs and challenges;
- you motivate teams and promote collaboration between business and IT;
- you work with the client's IT partner during the implementation of new software.
Your profile
- Relevant master degree such as commercial engineer, applied economic sciences, computer science, ... or initial work experience within IT or consultancy.
- Interest and affinity with business processes and IT systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Communicative, motivating and empathetic.
- You are curious and want to learn a lot.
- You are able to process a lot of new information quickly.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of BPMN is an asset.
- You have a category B driving license.
