Junior Business Analyst
Help organisations move forward with strong business analysis
As a Junior Business Analyst at Evolynx, you work closely with our senior consultants to analyse problems, explain complex matters clearly, and arrive at concrete solutions together with clients.
From day one, you're involved in projects, working alongside experienced colleagues who know what they're talking about.
Your role
- You analyse and document processes and formulate improvements;
- You work with the client to understand their needs and challenges;
- You motivate teams and promote collaboration between business and IT;
- You work together with the client's IT partner during the implementation of new software.
Analysis and growth
You'll learn to translate business needs into practical and achievable solutions, guided by our experienced colleagues.
Your profile
- A relevant master's degree such as Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science, ... or some initial work experience in IT or consultancy.
- Interest and affinity with business processes and IT systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Communicative, motivating and empathetic.
- You're curious and eager to learn a lot.
- You're able to quickly process large amounts of new information.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of BPMN is an asset.
- You hold a category B driving licence.
