Ready for take off: Individual Coaching After ERP Implementation
Ready For Take Off is part of the Career Support initiative by mtech+. It offers individual coaching to employees in companies undergoing organizational transitions, helping them reinforce their professional competencies.
Mtech+ brought in Lien Deboosere as an external, experienced coach to provide support following an ERP implementation.
A Warm and Personal Approach
Sabine, an employee at Slabinck Bruges, shares her testimonial in the mtech+ newsletter:
