Workshop at Howest Idea & Innovation Management

The second-year students of Howest Idea & Innovation Management kicked off their fourth semester in early February with a workshop led by Evolynx. Through our Office Game, we immersed the students in the world of process optimization.

A unique experience for students

The Office Game is a simulation typically conducted in corporate environments. It provides an ideal foundation for developing a process-oriented approach within an organization. On this occasion, however, we exceptionally guided a group of second-year students through the exercise. Would they experience such a workshop differently from employees who are more familiar with an office setting?

Despite the unfamiliar environment, the students managed very well. While the first round of the game revealed some hesitation, we noticed strong focus and engagement during the final round. This made the workshop an enjoyable and valuable experience for both them and us.
